Nastia AI Review With the Real Prices and Who Is Behind It

Bottom Line: Nastia AI is a solid uncensored companion for adult text roleplay, and its free tier is enough to judge it. Paying is the risky part, because plans cost $11.99 or $15.99 a month, nothing is refundable, and the checkout lists Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay but not Visa. Start free, then pay monthly before you commit to a year.

This Nastia AI review starts with the part most reviews skip, which is who takes your money.

Nastia is run by Nastia Cybernetics, a company created on 1 November 2023 and registered in Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni, a town in French Guiana.

France’s company registry lists it as a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) whose main activity is computer programming.

None of that makes the app bad, and the chat itself is the strong part. The trouble sits around the money, with a checkout that stopped taking Visa, prices that differ on every site, and a strict no-refund rule.

I care more about what breaks at month three than what impresses on day one, and with Nastia the month-three problems are billing problems.

Below you will find what the free tier covers, what each plan costs, how private your chats are, and whether Nastia is worth your card.

Nastia AI Review With the Real Prices and Who Is Behind It

Nastia AI Review, What Exactly Are You Signing Up For?

Nastia AI is an adult, uncensored AI companion that runs in your web browser, with text and voice chat, group chats, and a picture and video generator.

You design a companion’s looks and personality, then talk to it like a partner or a roleplay character.

What you get with Nastia AI

The pitch is fewer limits than mainstream apps like Character AI or Replika, inside a set of hard content rules. Companions send voice messages and make pictures when you ask in chat.

A separate generator handles text-to-video and image-to-video, with face and body references to keep a look consistent (Nastia’s help page).

What is a home-screen web app: A website you save to your phone’s home screen so it opens like an app, with no App Store or Google Play download. Developers call it a progressive web app, or PWA.

Nastia has no listing on the US App Store or Google Play. Its install page says “No App Store Required” and adds the site to your home screen on iOS 16 or later, Android 5 or later, Windows and macOS. Nastia’s own comparison pages say it reaches phones “through a PWA app due to the uncensored nature of Nastia,” so treat any store app using the name with suspicion.

One feature is gone. The compliance hub now says image and video uploads are disabled and prompts naming public figures are refused, so you cannot give a companion a face from your camera roll. The upload button disappeared in early September.

I don’t mind the upload ban, since it shuts the door on fake photos of real people. If a companion that remembers you matters more to you than an open filter, Candy AI is the one I point people to first.

How Good Are Nastia AI’s Conversations?

Nastia AI’s conversations are strong for adult roleplay, and the weak spot is consistency, with replies that can run long, flatter you, or drift into nonsense.

The good side is real. A six-month member calls it great “for adult talking” and “very natural,” with the odd slip (r/nastia). A long-running review on the same subreddit rates it 3.6 stars and singles out reply editing, reply voting and the memories feature.

The complaints are just as specific. One member finds the AI “consistently verbose and extremely sycophantic”. In another thread, chats turn into a “nonsense word jumble,” and one reply there needs about three rerolls to get back on topic.

In September, an Unlimited member reported the companion steering away from explicit scenes, though a regular in that thread said no such content update had shipped. Editing the replies you dislike is the fix another reply suggests, which turns chatting into homework.

The sycophancy complaint is the one I take most seriously, because a companion that agrees with everything gets dull within a week.

Does Nastia AI Remember What You Told It?

Nastia AI has a memories feature and a personality description for each companion, but long chats still drift, so key facts belong in those fields instead of the chat.

Facts stored in a companion’s profile hold up better than facts buried in old messages, which is the pattern on every companion app I use. Here is the difference in practice.

Before: telling the companion in chat, “remember that I work nights and hate long replies,” then hoping it sticks.

After: writing “User works night shifts at a hospital. Keep replies under 80 words unless asked for more.” into the companion’s personality description, so the fact lives in the profile instead of a message that scrolls away.

If memory is your top priority, Nastia is not the strongest pick, and the companions with stronger memory are the better pick.

How Much Does Nastia AI Cost?

Nastia AI costs $11.99 a month for Basic or $15.99 a month for Unlimited, and yearly billing brings those down to about $7.33 and $8.33 a month.

As of October 2026, those are the two plans on Nastia’s membership page, priced in US dollars.

Nastia AI Basic and Unlimited plan prices
PlanPriceDaily tokensCompanions
Basic$11.99 a month, or $87.95 a year (about $7.33 a month)2002
Unlimited$15.99 a month, or $99.95 a year (about $8.33 a month)4005

Unlimited is sold on unlimited AI messages and voice cloning. The plan name bugs me, though, because Unlimited still caps you at 5 companions, while Nastia’s older Premium plan allowed 10.

Unlimited also adds 3,000 bonus tokens on top of its 400 daily tokens, against 200 daily tokens and 2 companions on Basic.

The other prices online are stale or misread. The $7.33 figure on some review sites is the Basic yearly price divided by 12.

Nastia’s own older comparison pages still advertise “$6.69/mo” and “Up to 10 private uncensored chats,” which match older plans. Early-bird pricing stays grandfathered for subscribers who had it.

Tokens unlock premium features, and Nastia sells one-time token packages on top of the plans, per its refund policy. Its help pages do not list what a picture or a video costs in tokens, so judge a plan by its daily allowance.

Is Nastia AI Free?

Nastia AI is free to start with no credit card, and the free tier includes daily messages and basic features, but Nastia does not publish the daily cap.

The homepage FAQ promises “a generous free tier that includes daily messages and basic features” and stops there.

Nastia publishes no number for the free cap, so treat any exact figure you see elsewhere as a guess. One free account let a user create a second companion slot that it then refused to delete, because the delete button opened an upgrade prompt.

My advice is to spend a week of real chats on the free tier before paying, since a week is long enough to meet the memory and reply problems.

Is Nastia AI Legit?

Nastia AI is a legitimate, registered French business, but it does not refund purchases and its checkout does not take Visa.

Nastia Cybernetics is a French company with the registry number SIREN 982046385. Its privacy policy names it as the controller of your data, so EU privacy law applies and EU users can complain to their local data protection authority, which in France is the CNIL.

The registry entry dates the company to 1 November 2023 and gives its only address in French Guiana.

The payment rules matter more. Nastia’s terms, last updated September 16, 2026, accept Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay with a supported card, billed in US dollars. Visa is not on that list.

Visa has come and gone since July. One member found it possible to pay via Visa for a couple of weeks before the checkout went back to Mastercard only. In late September, a community regular said Visa was “not currently available as they’re currently working through compliance issues.”

The same thread points to prepaid passes on G2A as a workaround, but those come only as 12-month bundles. G2A is a marketplace for game keys and gift cards, and a 12-month pass is a big ask for an app with no refunds.

Nastia’s help pages do not mention the Visa gap. My read is that it is card-network caution, the same pressure on payment processors that pushed itch.io to pull adult games from search in July 2025.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. The refund policy treats every purchase as non-refundable unless the law requires a refund or a technical error stopped delivery. The terms run under French law, and EU residents keep their home-country consumer rights.

Cancelling is quick, and I’d cancel on day one if one billing period is all you want, since access runs to the end of the period anyway. These are the steps from Nastia’s cancellation guide:

  1. Open the sidebar from the menu icon in the top-left of any chat.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu on your profile row at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Tap Membership, then tap Manage on your active plan.
  4. Open Danger Zone and tap Cancel membership.
  5. Confirm, and the plan stays active until the paid period ends, then stops renewing.

Deleting the account is stricter. The account deletion guide blocks deletion while a subscription is active, makes it immediate and permanent, and wipes any remaining tokens.

There is no one-click export, so download each chat from its settings before you go (billing help).

On Trustpilot, Nastia scores 2.1 out of 5 from 18 reviews. Its own install page shows a 4.9 rating with no source behind it.

Is Nastia AI Safe?

Nastia AI keeps your chats private to your account, but they are not end-to-end encrypted, they can help improve companion replies, and chats from rule-breaking accounts can be kept up to 7 years.

Nastia’s privacy policy, updated September 16, 2026, says nothing you create is shown to other users, there are no public profiles, feeds or galleries, and your data is not sold. It promises “encryption in transit and access controls,” which protects data on its way to the servers, not from the company itself.

The same policy lists uses that go further. Your data helps “maintain and improve the Service, including the quality of companion replies,” and it is shared with providers for cloud hosting, AI infrastructure, analytics and advertising, some of them in the United States.

I read the clause about improving companion replies as a sign that your conversations can feed the product. That is common across the category, as the guide to apps that train on chats explains.

What Nastia holdsWhat happens to it
Your chats, companions, images and videosDeleted when you delete them or your account, with backups overwritten on a cycle
Payment and transaction recordsKept as long as accounting and tax law require
Prompts and chats of accounts that broke the rulesKept for up to 7 years
Your ID document or face scanNever received by Nastia, only the age check result

Most countries only ask you to confirm you are 18. Where the law demands more, an outside provider runs an on-device face estimate, a card check or an ID check, and Nastia receives only a pass or fail (age verification help).

The terms ban content involving anyone under 18, including “aged-up” characters, along with real identifiable people and non-consensual scenarios.

Under the policies in the compliance hub, reported deepfakes and intimate images are removed within 48 hours.

What Are the Pros and Cons of Nastia AI?

Nastia AI’s biggest strength is open adult chat with a free tier to test it, and its biggest weakness is billing, from the missing Visa option to the no-refund rule.

What Does Nastia AI Do Well?

Nastia AI does open adult chat, privacy and yearly pricing well.

  1. Adult roleplay with fewer limits than mainstream apps, inside clear content rules.
  2. A free tier that needs no credit card.
  3. Yearly plans that work out to about $7.33 or $8.33 a month.
  4. Privacy by design, with no public profiles, feeds or galleries.
  5. Reply editing and voting, group chats, voice messages and a picture and video generator.

Where Does Nastia AI Fall Short?

Nastia AI falls short on refunds, payment options and reply consistency.

  1. No refunds, and plans renew automatically.
  2. Visa is missing from the checkout.
  3. Replies can turn long, flattering or garbled, and memory drifts in long chats.
  4. No store app, and photo uploads are disabled.
  5. No one-click data export, and the account cannot be deleted while a subscription is active.
  6. Chats are encrypted in transit only, with no end-to-end encryption.

The cons that worry me are the money ones, because each gets worse the longer you prepay. The open adult chat is real, though, and that alone keeps Nastia on my shortlist.

Is Nastia AI Worth It?

Nastia AI is worth it on the free tier and on a monthly plan for adult text roleplay, and not worth a yearly prepay until payments and memory settle down.

It suits adults who want open text roleplay, like steering a story by editing replies, and are fine with a web app. Skip it if you need a refund safety net, pay only by Visa, or want a companion that remembers last month without help.

I would pay monthly, not yearly, until the Visa problem is fixed for good.

A companion that remembers weeks of chatsWeak, memory driftsCandy AI

Ready-made anime charactersGood libraryNastia AI or Nectar AI

If memory or a refund window matters more than an open filter, Candy AI is the safer bet. It is run by EverAI Limited, registered in Malta.

Its terms allow a refund request within 24 hours of a card payment if you have used 20 tokens or fewer, and EU and UK buyers get a 14-day withdrawal right.

The tradeoff is a tiny free tier, 5 messages in total, so you will be choosing a plan almost at once. The Candy AI review covers its plans and memory in full.

If the anime characters drew you to Nastia, Nectar AI is my next stop for character roleplay.

For a wider field, the roundup of 16 adult chat apps compares the rest.
