HeraHaven Review With the Privacy Clause Its Homepage Skips

Bottom Line: HeraHaven is a picture-first AI girlfriend web app that is cheap to try and expensive to enjoy. Pro costs $19.95 a month, and a single video costs 200 of its Luna credits, as much as its whole $10.95 starter pack. Its homepage calls every chat confidential, yet its privacy policy says staff sample-check conversations, so it suits picture-first users who accept those terms.

This HeraHaven review starts with one word on its homepage: confidential. Asked whether conversations are private, HeraHaven answers that “all conversations are confidential” and protected by “the latest encryption tech”.

Its privacy policy, dated September 10, 2024, adds that staff run periodic sample checks on conversations, so your chats “may become visible” to employees.

That gap matters to me more than any feature list, because HeraHaven sells something private by design. It is a web app where you build an AI girlfriend or boyfriend, chat with them, and ask for pictures that can be turned into video clips.

Below I cover what it does and what it costs once the included Luna runs out. The verdict sits at the end, after the free tier and the fine print on refunds and model training.

What Is HeraHaven?

HeraHaven is a browser-based AI companion app for adults, built around custom girlfriends and boyfriends who chat, send pictures, and, on the paid plan, turn those pictures into video clips.

You can start with a ready-made character or build your own in a realistic or anime style, mixing looks, personality traits, and quirks.

The homepage links 28 ready-made girlfriend profiles plus a boyfriend section, and it promises “no limit” on how many companions you create.

That promise has a price tag attached. HeraHaven’s own Buy Luna screen lists creating a character at 15 Luna, a picture at 7 and a voice message at 1. Luna is the site’s credit, and almost everything beyond plain chat spends it.

The picture side is what HeraHaven is really selling, and it is the part I judge it on. If you are weighing pictures across apps, this AI girlfriend image comparison lines up the bigger names.

If chat matters more to you than pictures, Candy AI is the app I point people to first, at $13.99 a month after a $9.99 first month.

How Much Does HeraHaven Cost?

HeraHaven Pro costs $19.95 a month or $79.80 a year, and both include 500 Luna a month for pictures, voice, and video.

Extra Luna comes in packs from $10.95 for 200 to $99.95 for 3,600, and you need Pro before you can buy any.

HeraHaven Pro price and Luna cost per action

The annual plan works out to $6.65 a month, which HeraHaven shows as 70% off a struck-out $239.40. That $239.40 is just twelve months at the monthly price, so the real choice is $79.80 now or $19.95 every month.

Plan or packPriceLunaWhat it means
Pro, monthly$19.95 a month500 a monthUnlimited texting, voice messages and video from pictures
Pro, annual$79.80 a year ($6.65 a month)500 a monthSame features, paid once a year
Lunar Breeze$10.95200One video, or 28 pictures
Lunar Odyssey$29.95 (shown down from $39.99)800Four videos
Lunar Harmony$49.95 (shown down from $89.99)1,600Eight videos
Lunar Eclipse$99.95 (shown down from $179.99)3,600Lowest cost per Luna, 18 videos

US prices, checked against HeraHaven’s own pricing code on October 30, 2026. Luna packs need an active Pro plan.

My pick, if you pay at all, is one month of monthly billing first. The annual plan saves money only if you are still using HeraHaven in month three, and charges here are final unless local law requires a refund.

What Does Each HeraHaven Action Cost in Luna?

A voice message costs 1 Luna, a picture 7, a new character 15 and a video 200, so the 500 Luna in Pro covers 71 pictures or two videos with a little left over.

ActionLunaCost at the $99.95 pack rateCost at the $10.95 pack rate
Voice message1About 3 centsAbout 5 cents
Picture7About 19 centsAbout 38 cents
New character15About 42 centsAbout 82 cents
Video from a picture200About $5.55$10.95

The video line is the one that stings. One clip takes about four minutes to render and costs as much as the entire starter pack, though a failed render refunds its 200 Luna automatically.

Example scenario: You pay $19.95 for a month of Pro and get 500 Luna. You make two videos (400 Luna) and 14 pictures (98 Luna), and you have 2 Luna left. A third video means buying the 200-Luna pack for $10.95, which puts that month at $30.90.

That math is the first thing I check on any credit-based app, and HeraHaven’s video price is steep next to its $19.95 plan.

Why Do HeraHaven Prices Differ From Site to Site?

HeraHaven’s own code carries three monthly prices, $19.95, $14.95 and $9.95, which is why write-ups around the web quote different numbers.

The two lower prices are reminder offers, 25% and 50% off, each tied to a countdown timer and labelled with a different plan name, LunaLust Pro. The same offers cut the annual plan to $59.40 and $47.40.

HeraHaven does not say when those offers appear, so I don’t plan around them. A countdown timer is also no reason to rush into a non-refundable annual plan.

Can You Use HeraHaven for Free?

You can sign up and chat for free, but the free tier is a short trial that ends at a paywall.

Free accounts hit a “Free Limit Reached” screen for sending messages and viewing pictures, and voice, video, and Luna purchases all need Pro.

HeraHaven does not publish the free message cap on its homepage or in its terms. Free pictures from the generator are capped too, and past a second cap they come back blurred until you subscribe.

That setup tells me the free tier exists to walk you to the paywall, which is fine as long as you know it going in. A few minutes is enough to judge the character builder, and that is all I use a free tier like this for.

Is HeraHaven Safe and Private?

HeraHaven is a registered company with dated policies, but its idea of confidential includes staff who may see sampled chats and an AI that trains on your content unless you opt out.

HeraHaven homepage privacy claim versus its policies

The homepage FAQ says conversations are confidential and encrypted. The privacy policy, version September 10, 2024, says a “periodical sample check will be carried out on the conversations” for quality control and model fixes.

As a result, your chats “may become visible by our employees”, who are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Staff review under a confidentiality agreement is not unusual for a chat product, and I don’t treat it as a scandal. What bothers me is a homepage answer that leaves it out.

If you want a quick way to judge any app’s policy, our guide to AI chatbot privacy settings covers what to check before you start.

Does HeraHaven Train Its AI on Your Chats?

Yes, by default. HeraHaven’s terms, version August 22, 2026, say you can stop your content being used to train its models only by opting out by email to support@herahaven.ai.

The same terms give HeraHaven a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to content you upload. They also warn that other users may receive output similar to yours.

I send that opt-out email on day one with any app that offers one, and HeraHaven’s terms name email as the way to do it.

Who Runs HeraHaven?

HeraHaven is run by Vilala Limited, a private company in Nicosia, Cyprus, with registration number HE442229 and an incorporation date of December 30, 2022, per a Cyprus company listing.

US card statements should show herahelp.com rather than HeraHaven, the descriptor set in HeraHaven’s own payment code.

It also takes crypto for both Pro and Luna packs, an option it announced on its official subreddit with CoinGate handling the payments.

A named company with a registered office in an EU country counts in its favour for me. It means there is a legal entity to send a complaint to.

Does HeraHaven Check Your Age?

HeraHaven runs age checks in 20 US states and in the UK, France, Italy and Australia, and in those places paying for Pro counts as your check.

Readers there who don’t pay can verify through Veriff with a photo ID or driver’s license instead, and adult pictures and videos stay locked until one of the two happens.

The 20 states are Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia.

In the UK the duty comes from the Online Safety Act, which tells services publishing adult material to put strong age checks in place.

The payment shortcut is the part I flag to readers in those states: paying is the age check, so free accounts there stay out of the adult side unless they scan an ID.

SpicyChat faces the same kind of state laws, and its state-by-state age checks work differently.

Is HeraHaven Legit?

HeraHaven is a real, registered business, but you cannot use Trustpilot to judge it, because Trustpilot no longer shows a profile for it.

On October 30, 2026, its Trustpilot page read: “This profile has been removed. The business you’re trying to find goes against our guidelines and is no longer visible on Trustpilot.”

HeraHaven also pays affiliates $35 for each paying customer they send, per its own affiliate page. I read every glowing HeraHaven write-up with that number in mind.

Can You Cancel HeraHaven or Get a Refund?

You can cancel HeraHaven Pro at any time, but you will not get money back, since every charge is final, Luna packs and crypto included, unless a law where you live requires a refund.

Cancelling stops the next charge, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

If the settings page will not let you cancel, the cancellation policy, version August 22, 2026, says to email support@herahaven.ai with your account details.

Complaints go to complaints@herahaven.ai, which promises to acknowledge them within 24 hours and aims to resolve them within 7 business days.

Outside the European Economic Area, the terms also send disputes to binding arbitration with National Arbitration and Mediation, and you have 30 days from signup to opt out of that by email.

The no-refund rule on a $79.80 annual plan is the term that keeps me on monthly billing with any app like this.

What Should You Do Before Paying for HeraHaven?

Five quick steps protect you before the first charge: start monthly, send two opt-out emails, know the statement name and watch your Luna before a video.

This is the checklist I run before paying for any credit-based companion app:

  1. Start on the $19.95 monthly plan, since charges are final unless local law says otherwise and the annual plan locks in a year.
  2. Email support@herahaven.ai to opt out of model training if you do not want your chats and uploads used.
  3. Send the arbitration opt-out within 30 days of signing up if you are outside the European Economic Area and want to keep the right to go to court.
  4. Expect herahelp.com on a US card statement, not HeraHaven.
  5. Check your Luna balance before asking for a video, since one clip costs 200.

What Is HeraHaven Like to Use Day to Day?

Day to day, HeraHaven is a picture app with a chat attached: the conversation sets the scene, and most of the spending happens when you ask for images or videos.

Each chat has panels for your companion’s persona, your own persona and a memory summary you can edit by hand, and edits to that memory pass a content check before they save.

Pictures your companion sends in chat can arrive locked, and opening one costs Luna.

The generator tells you the Luna cost before you press the button, and the video button shows its 200-Luna price on it. That is the part HeraHaven gets right, and I wish more credit-based apps showed the cost at the moment you spend.

Videos take about four minutes and start from a still picture, so each one is an animated version of a picture you already have.

Help from other users is thin too, since HeraHaven’s official subreddit bans adult content in its own rules and has had no posts in the past year.

What Are HeraHaven’s Pros and Cons?

HeraHaven’s strengths are its picture tools and upfront per-action prices, and its weaknesses are cost, refund terms and a privacy promise its own policy qualifies.

Pros:

  1. Every action shows its Luna price before you spend, and a failed video refunds its 200 Luna.
  2. You can build realistic or anime companions, girlfriends or boyfriends, with looks you set from head to toe.
  3. The annual plan cuts Pro to $6.65 a month.
  4. Crypto payments and a neutral card name, herahelp.com, suit people who want discretion.
  5. A named company in Cyprus stands behind it, with dated, published policies.

Cons:

  1. One video costs 200 Luna, which is 40% of the Pro plan’s monthly allowance.
  2. Luna packs need an active Pro plan, so there is no pay-as-you-go option.
  3. Sampled chats may be seen by staff, and model training stays on unless you email an opt-out.
  4. Charges are final unless local law requires a refund, and that includes the $79.80 annual plan.
  5. The free tier is a short trial with an unpublished message cap.
  6. Trustpilot shows no profile, and the official subreddit is silent.

The first con is the one that decides it for me, because video is the feature HeraHaven leads with.

Who Should Use HeraHaven?

HeraHaven suits adults who mainly want custom pictures of a companion they design and who accept staff review and opt-out training, while anyone after long conversations should look elsewhere.

If you wantPickWhy
Custom pictures of a companion you designHeraHavenPicture tools are its focus, with each price shown before you spend
Long chats at a lower monthly priceCandy AI$13.99 a month after a $9.99 first month
Anime-style charactersNectar AIA good second option for that style
Lots of video every monthNeither, start smallAt 200 Luna a clip, any heavy video habit runs past the Pro allowance fast

I keep this choice simple for readers: decide whether you want pictures or conversation more, and the table does the rest.

What Is a Good HeraHaven Alternative?

Candy AI is the alternative I point most people to, mainly on price: $13.99 a month after a $9.99 first month, against $19.95 for HeraHaven Pro.

Candy has its own catch: a free account stops after 5 messages, so judge it on the $9.99 first month rather than the free tier. If you want to see how it holds up over time first, our Candy AI review covers its plans and limits.

When you are ready to compare for yourself, Candy AI is where I would start.

If anime-style characters are more your thing, Nectar AI is my second pick.

Is HeraHaven Worth It?

HeraHaven is worth paying for only if pictures are the point for you and you accept its privacy terms, and for everyone else a cheaper chat-first app is the better use of $20 a month.

I like the honesty of its per-action prices, and the builder does what it promises. What I can’t get past is a homepage that calls chats confidential next to a policy that says staff may see sampled chats, on top of a no-refund rule and a 200-Luna video.

If you try it, take the monthly plan, send the two opt-out emails, and treat the first month as the test. My verdict is that HeraHaven works as a niche picture tool, and I don’t recommend it for conversation.

Quick Takeaways

  • HeraHaven Pro costs $19.95 a month or $79.80 a year, each with 500 Luna a month.
  • One video costs 200 Luna, the same as the $10.95 starter pack, so heavy video use gets expensive fast.
  • The homepage calls chats confidential, but the privacy policy says staff sample-check conversations, and training on your content stays on unless you email an opt-out.
  • Charges are final unless local law requires a refund, so start monthly and send the opt-out emails on day one.
  • For conversation over pictures, Candy AI costs less per month.
